My first order did not arrive for a few months and missed giving it as a Christmas gift and the company contacted me when I said I was unsatisfied and gave me the option of sending a new order at no cost or money back. I offered to send back the original pack age if it came but was told to keep it. In the meantime the original package did end up coming and the new package not long after. It was excellent service.
