The process was very easy and straightforward. I love I was able to customize not only the name but whatever I would like to write on that certificate. I ended up purchasing three of them and I am very happy with all of my purchases.
The online part was great. But unfortunately having to wait like a month for it to be delivered to Australia, to have it delivered folded, and ruined left in the rain! Its quite disappointing. I understand that it is on the postal service they chose, but its sad that it arrived in such state.
