Experience was easy. Documents arrived but I didn’t realise the company was not Australian therefore I got charged huge amount of ‘international fee charge’ on my card. Wasn’t happy about it after spending almost $300 on a star. It is a really beautiful gift though but will not purchase from this website in the future.

le délai de livraison annoncé n'a pas été respecté. si j'avais su je n'aurais pas commandé sur ce site. le cadeau est arrivé 3 jours après l'événement pour lequel j'avais acheté ce coffret. de plus, l'enveloppe est arrivé plié et donc abîmé le coffret

This is the worst experience ever! I purchased or registered a start MONTHS ago! And I never received my documents/ certificate as of yet .

Very expensive for a cheap frame with plastic all scratched up. Will never recommend.

Our frames use shatterproof acrylic glass instead of regular glass because it’s lighter, more durable, and protects your certificate without breaking in transit. Frame is cheap. Don't pay extra for a frame you can get at your local dollar general or dollar tree.
