I purchased a star package for a friend as a Christmas gift who lost his father over the summer. He absolutely loved the sentiment behind it, because I named it after his had. He enjoys looking at it on the app when he’s missing him.
My first order did not arrive for a few months and missed giving it as a Christmas gift and the company contacted me when I said I was unsatisfied and gave me the option of sending a new order at no cost or money back. I offered to send back the original pack age if it came but was told to keep it. In the meantime the original package did end up coming and the new package not long after. It was excellent service.
